Students and parents will receive grading updates. Extra credit may be available at the teacher's discretion. Remember extra credit is a bonus, not a mandatory thing. It should be seen as a reward to students, not as a lifeline to save a grade.

Students need to be in the room and on time in the order for me to help them. Tardies are tallied and kept on file by the attendance office. Poor attendance will hurt grades. It is the student's responsibility to ask for work missed during an excused absence. Which may then be made up. Work lost during an unexcused absence cannot be made up. Other late work will lose a grade value for each day late and will not be accepted after one week. Please check ehomework on the JLS web site for updates on assignments.
