With growing energy costs and increasing concern over the drastic impact human beings are having on the environment, the Palo Alto Unified School District has launched an initiative to create Green Teams at each campus.
The Green Team at JLS seeks to create meaningful educational opportunities for students, staff, and community members on how to be part of a sustainable community while simultaneously working to reduce operating costs and lessen our impact on the environment.
