Mr. Fletcher's Guidelines and Policies
Grading Policy:
- Tests- 30%
- Projects- 30%
- Quizzes- 20%
- Classwork- 10%
- Homework- 10%
Grading in my class is based on a weighted points system.
Homework
- Student's responsibility
- Students record homework in their Binder Reminders
- Access online via InClass
- Application of class work
- Unfinished work requires a note from home
- Balance among Team Teachers' assignments
- Challenge assignments vary - optional
- 45 to 90 minutes per night on average
- Make up work - optional & varies
- Support Provided- Homework Habitat (open Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday after school in the JLS library)
InClass
- InClass is an online communication tool available to all PAUSD
secondary teachers and students.
- Students can access homework, course materials, as well as their
grades throughout the school year when using InClass.
- Parents can also log on and access InClass as an observer.
Attendance
- Work missed in class must be made-up.
- Students can often work during Brunch/Lunch times.
- Some Labs/Lessons can not be made up so please try to come to
class everyday!
